how to cure chapped lips

everyone has a way of curing chapped lips
but this is the way i do it and the way my
mother taught me. i have several different
methods.

you could use that sugar scrub recipe i shared with you guys. honey & regular sugar (raw sugar would be to coarse for you're lips). then moisturize with good old fashion vasiline. another one is with toothpaste and a soft bristled toothbrush. yea, it sounds funny i know but the toothpaste makes your lips feel all tingly & minty. put a dab of toothpaste on the toothbrush and gently brush the dry skin off your lips. it would leave your lips smooth without chap stick but it drys up after a few min so moisturize with vasiline. follow both of these methods an your lips will be smoother than ever.
